Navy Gadgets is a distributor of general-purpose recreational outdoor equipment. Most of our inventory is inspired by products used in the military or in similar tactical applications. In our experience, products designed for tactical applications tend to be of higher quality and designed with durability in mind which is why our mission is to extend this same benefit to our customers.

Our company is headquartered in Norfolk, Massachusetts and operates during normal weekday hours. If you require assistance with your order, please contact our customer support team between 9am and 5pm (EST). 

We do not work on weekends or holidays.

We are proud to offer free shipping anywhere in the world. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we purchase courier provided insurance for every single package free of charge. This means that we will replace or refund any package that is lost or damaged at no cost to you.

We use numerous warehouses located around the world to ensure prompt and reliable delivery to you.

For customers located in the United States, your order will generally be dispatched from our warehouse in the United States via USPS and should take approximately three business days to receive once in transit. 

For customers located elsewhere, your order will be shipped from our international warehouse using a private service called 4PX. This service is much faster than USPS and offers much more reliable tracking. This service also includes the same package insurance and is completely free of charge for all. Delivery can take anywhere from seven days for popular regions and upwards of thirty days for less popular regions.


Due to the low cost of our items, import duties and fees are generally not an issue with our products. However, it will be the responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs issues as they arise.


While our company culture does not necessarily believe in hard return policies, we are required to have a formal return policy (30 days) in order to defend ourselves against scammers and fraudulent orders. With that being said, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase and you are outside the 30 day window, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
