We are proud to offer free shipping anywhere in the world. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we purchase courier provided insurance for every single package free of charge. This means that we will replace or refund any package that is lost or damaged at no cost to you.
We use numerous warehouses located around the world to ensure prompt and reliable delivery to you.
For customers located in the United States, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in the United States via USPS First Class and should take approximately two business days to receive once in transit.
For customers located elsewhere, your order will be shipped from our international warehouse using a private service called 4PX. This service is much faster than USPS and offers much more reliable tracking. This service also includes the same package insurance and is completely free of charge for all.
Most customers do not need to worry about customs. The product is a fairly low ticket item and will be marked as such.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days and international orders within 7-10 business days. All orders are shipped with full tracking and package insurance. Your email notification will include all the relevant tracking information once the item has been shipped.
While our company culture does not necessarily believe in hard return policies, we are required to have a formal return policy (30 days) in order to defend ourselves against scammers and fraudulent orders.
